ARTHA ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle and how. By using ARTHA you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We are privacy-first and offline by design. We may handle: • Name — if you choose to provide it during setup. • Email — only if you contact support or sign up for optional features. • Mobile number — collected during sign-up, stored locally on your device. • Expense, income, loan & account data — entered by you, stored locally on your device. • Device data — basic technical info (device model, OS version, app version, crash logs) used to fix bugs.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Your financial data is stored locally on your device. It is NOT uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly enable a cloud-backup feature in the future.

3. How We Use Information

Only to provide app features, recover your passcode, fix bugs and improve the experience. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI Assistant

When you use the AI features, your questions are sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to generate responses. Do not share sensitive identifiers (full account numbers, passwords, OTPs) in chat.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use services such as Google Gemini (AI) and YouTube (educational videos), governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your data anytime by clearing app data from your device settings or uninstalling the app.

7. Children

ARTHA is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
