Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your ARTHA account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below.
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open the ARTHA app
- Go to More → My Account
- Tap Logout, then contact us to delete the account permanently (in-app delete coming soon)
Option 2: Request by email
Send an email to support@wealthartha.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete My Account".
We will permanently delete your account within 7 days of receiving your request.
What gets deleted
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account details (name, email, phone number)
- Your PRO subscription status and referral data
- Any data associated with your account on our servers
Note: Your financial data (expenses, budgets, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes this local data.
